Binational Couples Forced to Choose: Love or Country?

1 comment:

  1. Thank you for this blog. It means a lot to be able to communicate with each other.

    Questions to all binational LGBT Couples that are staying together outside USA due to USA immigration's discrimination;

    Q1: Which 3rd country will allow a US citizen and a Japanese citizen same sex binational couple into their country with immigration relief?

    Q2: If they do have immigration relief, what are their procedures and how long will it take?

    Q3: Will I need to be paying for a lawyer to process this at this 3rd country and how much money will I need?

    Q4: If you have used a lawyer in the 3rd country are there any lawyers that you found reliable? Please recommend.

    Q5: How will I deal with children that my US partner has partial custody from previous straight marriage? Will they be able to visit us?

    Please comment to my comment!
    Thank you so so much!
